Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aistudents.app (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

aistudents.app provides adaptive exam-preparation tools, including practice questions, explanations, weak-spot analysis, predicted scores, and study plans. Predicted scores and study plans are guidance to help you prioritize; they are estimates, not guarantees of any exam result.

Your account

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure.
• Accounts for students under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or resell access without our written permission.

Plans, payment & taxes

The service offers a free tier and two paid options:

• Full Prep is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the free tier.
• The Cram Pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks full access for two weeks. It does not auto-renew — when the two weeks end, your account automatically returns to the free tier with no further charge.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes or VAT, which are added at checkout where required by your location.

Refunds

If the paid service isn't right for you, email hello@aistudents.app within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it, provided the plan hasn't been substantially used. One-time Cram Pack purchases are refundable within 14 days if the pack hasn't been substantially used. Where local consumer law grants you stronger refund rights, those apply.

Cancellation & termination

You can cancel a subscription or close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or attempt to disrupt it. If we terminate your account without cause, we'll refund any unused prepaid amount.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing hello@aistudents.app. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain limited records by law. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The service, including its adaptive models, question generation, and interface, is our property. Your practice history and personal data remain yours, handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to make our practice and predictions useful, but we don't warrant any particular exam outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which aistudents.app is established. Before any formal action, we ask that you first contact us at hello@aistudents.app so we can try to resolve the matter in good faith; most issues can be settled that way. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
